Clee were excellent throughout the process of selling our house. From providing a fair and realistic valuation, to allowing us to get the house market ready without pressuring us. Pictures were great and the video walkthrough is a really important feature to minimise the amount of pointless viewings (and pointless cleaning!)- I imagine the conversion rate for Clee viewings is potentially higher than those of other agents due to this. Bookings were always booked in to suit us, and we achieved a timely sale (twice). Chris is an expert in his field and has been kind enough to consult and provide advice during our search for an onward purchase. I trust his knowledge and expertise and would absolutely use Clee again.
