Three years ago I became a landlord for the first time. Belvoir was extremely helpful in advising me on the process of becoming a landlord and provided me with very comprehensive tenancy documents including their Terms of Business. When small issues of minor repairs have arisen, Belvoir has organised for the works to be undertaken, which has been very valuable to me, as my main home is a long way from my house in Mumbles.
