With the house selling for above the asking price within 5 days of going on the market. Both before and after signing the tenant’s contract the agents (Anthony and Brenda respectively) have answered questions and addressed issues promptly and effectively. The agency provides helpful guidance, documentation and advice to tenants after they move in, and they organise repairs upon inspection or the request of the tenant

Daffyd and Darren were excellent. They are friendly people and they marketed the property very quickly, we got quite a bit of interest, a number of viewings and three offers. They kept us updated every time someone wanted to view and the outcomes and after we had agreed an offer they helped progress and complete the sale. I would definitely use them again. And to put this in context we gave them the property to market after it had been with another well known agent for six months who never told us what was happening, who never got us a serious offer, who had very young staff who did not even seem to know about our property and were in our minds a complete waste of time. It was so very refreshing to then get the professional treatment from Belvoir.

I have just transferred my two rental cottages from another agency, and I have been very impressed with the efficiency and courtesy with which Belvoir have handled the transition. I much prefer to deal with smaller locally run agencies, as the staff tend to know you better, and work well together.
