Dear Mr Dixon. Thank you for offering feedback. Our member of staff was trying to capture as much information as possible from you in order that you were best advised. We, pride ourselves on offering a full, personal service to our Landlord clients and Tenants. We ask a series of questions in order that you can be pre-qualified and given the correct answers as to your affordability for renting a property. Also to find out if there will be any additional costs for say a Guarantor, pet fees etc. You were advised as to the fees for you to rent a property based on the assumption that you could afford it, at your insistence, however in order to move forward with any viewings we would require an indication of your earnings and whether they are from employment, self-employment or independent means.
