Mr Williams. We await your formal complaint about how your tenant's deposit was handled by our office. As explained to you in our email correspondence, we (and you) have obligations to meet with regards to the protection of tenants deposit funds. This matter has now been dealt with appropriately by yourself and the funds passed to you. With regards to the Owner "shouting" we will have to agree to disagree on what constitutes shouting. It seems we disagree also on your recollection of the profane language used by you against my staff, however we will deal with these matters through our complaints procedure.
