Very disappointing experience selling a property with this agent. Hard to get through to by telephone. They made mistakes on the mortgage valuation paperwork which could have affected our application for the mortgage. The For Sale board was put in front of wrong property and had to be moved. No further contact from them at all during the sale process. Worst of all, we felt misled when we started to purchase a property through this agent and certain aspects of the property were not disclosed straight away. Will never use again. Not recommended.

Hi Oliver, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service, especially as we achieved a sale on your property within 10 days, despite the board contractor placing the board across the road. I am not certain which mortgage valuation paperwork you are referring to as we wouldn't be involved in completing paperwork for a mortgage valuation, however, please feel free to call me to discuss if I have missed something here. With regards to being misled, I presume you are referring to the issues that were raised by your solicitor regarding the title, which as I explained at the time, we were not aware of until your solicitor raised them.
