I am pleased to write this review and would strongly recommend Belvoir Sutton for any property management services. We were looking to rent out our 3 Bed flat in Sutton and explored various options to the market. As it was our first time to let a place, we were worried about the regulations, finding right tenant, inventory checks, check-in, certificates like Electricity and gas safety - But there comes Nidhi and her team to help us. They have been very professional and friendly at the same time, assuring us at every stage and keeping us informed on the progress.
