I was notified of a property being put up for sale via our friends. We liked it and made an offer subject to receiving an offer on our property within 8 weeks. It took us a week to choose an estate agent - Belvoir, another 2 to have our property advertised online and within 3 weeks we had 3 concrete offers. It was a stressful time for fear of missing out on our chosen property. Once we had accepted the offer and whilst going through the process, Nidhi and her team (specially Ms T) were always available to answer our queries and very professional. They chased the buyers solicitor and my solicitor without us having to ask them, as they said they would from their first visit. They were very helpful throughout the whole process and helped me when my seller was putting pressure on me. I would definitely recommend them, hence the 5 stars. Also note that whilst interviewing various estate agents, other estate agents made negative comments about Ms T, which did put doubts in our mind. Ms T does update you about viewings exactly as they are happening instead of waiting to have all the information to give you a final outcome. This would have been less stressful given that we had a deadline to find a buyer but I cannot blame her for being honest! However, all the comments from other estate agents proved to be untrue and Nidhi and Ms T worked really hard behind the scene and I cannot fault the service received. I guess it might be part of estate agents tactics when they know you are leaning towards another competitor, so do be aware.
