Eventually, as for the deposit dispute, it’s important to note that this was resolved through an independent adjudication process, which determined the claim as wear and tear. I’m sure you would understand that since it has been almost 6 months since your tenants moved out, there are some charges related to administrative costs for retrieving detailed reports, which is standard practice for archived properties.
