I would not hesitate to recommend Belvoir! I've just sold my house through them and they were professional, helpful, reassuring, knowledge and efficient throughout as well as getting us a large number of viewings quickly and getting us an excellent sale price. When there were unexpected delays with exchange they got on the case and sorted it all out for us chasing all the parties in the chain and resolved everything. There's clearly a lot of very hard work that goes on by the team behind the scenes to make house selling look and seem easy. House sales are always stressful but I was rarely stressed as Belvoir regularly kept me updated and I knew I could trust them to get it done. They are a pleasure to deal with, patient, responsive and are always approachable and friendly and genuinely care about the work they do. We had a short timescale to sell the property and they did everything they could to get the sale completed on time (and they managed it too). Cannot recommend highly enough!
