As you were aware we were instructed for a 'Let Only' service by the landlord for the property. The landlord mentioned he tried to explain this to you as well, which is why when you approached us with management issues we would always redirect you to contact the landlord. Since you wanted to vacate the property earlier than the date on your tenancy agreement, the landlord wanted to re-let with us and we began to work to find a tenant to replace you and save you some money. This is why we always approached you to give us a time to arrange viewings with prospective tenants.
