A big thank you to the team and more importantly Molly, who has been heavily involved with the selling of the property I am a tenant of. Molly was highly professional & ethical, and was a real expert at the house viewings; She gave really succinct tours of the property almost like a rollercoaster, displaying a full palate of tools from comedy - and therefore making me & the viewers both feel at ease - to fantastic overall communication. Clearly Molly had done her research and knew all the nooks & crannies of the property; she had a big array of answers to questions, knew the local area well, and overall had a colossal aura of wisdom and experience. She was also highly transparent about the whole process: Molly had kept me updated on the viewings and any potential changes, alongside of making sure the viewing worked in tandem with my own personal-life commitments. She was also early to every visit, and situated herself so that the viewers knew where to find her. Great all around - she has a fantastic future.
