Fantastic team - very impressed & will use again

Laurels (Liam and Rob) were incredible. It is not often you can say that you get more than you pay for, but these guys over-delivered. The positives: - Very clear communication and managing of expectations during the whole sales process - Customer focus - They are not a large chain where you are just one of many "potential commissions", they put a significant amount of time and effort (we had many calls and emails on their weekends and holidays) - Extremely proactive, they chased multiple parts of our chain and were constantly following up - Great hand holders - there were a number of points of panic on our part and they were always ready to give advice and make sure we were happy The negatives: -They are both serious salesmen - which might put some people off, but don't let that stop you using them, that's exactly what you need when selling your property.
