We recently sold a property through Peter Heron (Sunderland) and have to say the service was first class from start to finish. Michael Ford and his whole team ensured that at every step of the way we were kept fully informed via email and phone calls regarding the progress (not to mention responding to communications well outside of his working hours!). In addition their app allows you to monitor viewings and read the feedback from potential buyers. We have never experienced service of this level from any Estate Agent in the past. Without doubt if we were selling another property we would always use Peter Heron, we cannot recommend their service highly enough., Thank you Michael & the team for an outstanding service....not forgetting the sale of course!!
