I have dealt with chloe in the Sunderland branch and what an amazing agent she has been. Chloe has not only been kind and understanding she has tackled delays head on quickly and with a professional manner. She has kept me up to date every step of the way and been nothing but nice when she was probably sick of hearing from me or seeing me 'pop in' on my lunch break 😊.
