A couple of months ago I was looking for a buy to let in Sunderland and went to see a property advertised by Peter Herron, I wasn’t too impressed with the property I viewed and the gentleman showing me the property suggested I speak to Victoria to get some advice on rentals in Sunderland. I didn’t have much hope of a response when I sent the email but the response from Victoria was brilliant she took the time to explain the local rental market to me in detail and pointed me in the direction of areas I had not previously thought about. She took the time to highlight specific properties with expected rent and yield etc which was invaluable to a letting novice like me.
