Avoid this estate agent. We accepted an offer of a cash buyer who had to sell her house in order to buy our house. At the time any of the staff from Peter Heron explained to us the definition of a 'Cash Buyer'. We had lots of trouble with our solicitors when talking to Ashley he said why we didn't contact their solicitors again they did not share that information with us prior we contacted ours. After a bully court case form we had to pay a SALE invoice for a house which we did not sell. Absolutely disgraceful.
