Not impressed that for two weeks over xmas and New Year they had no emergency cover available. My response to an urgent email was simply that they will reopen on the 4th! In the 21st century, that's simply unacceptable, there must be a way that emergencies are dealt with in a more timely manner. I arrived on the morning of the 24th to the offices, to pick up keys for a tenant moving in imminently. Not having received any message that they won't be in the office at all on xmas eve, I was then forced to hire a locksmith to change the locks in order not to disappoint the tenant. Obviously, with keys changed, it was not that urgent to pick up the old keys. In the 21st century a high level of customer service is required at all times, two weeks off just isn't that!
