Michael and his team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Efficient, polite and professional. They went above and beyond on several occasions even in out of hours situations. For example, the flat above had a major leak that in turn effected us. The tenant in the flat couldn’t get in contact with her landlord but a quick call to Michael and it was resolved in a couple of hours. Michael is very involved and communication is excellent.
