Just sold my house with Gascoigne Halman and I can't fault them. James was exceptionally helpful because I didn't have a clue about buying/ selling houses and took the time to walk me through it. The only issue I have (hence the lack of a 5th star) is with Gascoigne Halman's recommended solicitors, Home Property Lawyers. I have not found them helpful, they are slow, don't respond to calls , emails, and a bit abrubt.
