Ours was a unique house for the area, which made finding the "right buyer" particularly important, and they did that in a timescale which enabled us to buy the house we wanted without resorting to external finance. The buyers also obviously loved our house which was important to us after living there for nearly thirty years. GH were very responsive to us as sellers, and, I believe, to our buyers.
