Ruth Porter The Trusted Agent 12 January 2017

Professional, knowledgeable service

I met most of the estate agents in Oxford during my search for a new home. Out of all of them Adam and Ben from Oxford Apartments were by far the best. They were both quick to respond to any communication and extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process. Ben took my initial call to Oxford Apartments and recommended viewing properties which actually met my requirements, something which other agents often failed to do. Adam then took me round on the viewings during which he was knowledgeable about all the flats I went round and provided sound advice, he was proactive in following up after viewings without being pushy. I've ended up in a new flat that I love which I may not have chosen to view without Adam and Ben introducing me to it. Many thanks.

About Oxford Apartments

In 2005 Oxford Apartments was established as a niche estate agency division of Breckon & Breckon with the vision and focus being on the specialist market of apartment sales. Since our inception, Oxford Apartments has grown from strength to strength by providing in-depth knowledge, advice and innovative sales strategies to our clients. We are the only firm in Oxford (that we know of) that has its own in house photography and video team who ensures our clients’ homes are presented in the best possible way. Collaborating within the Breckon & Breckon network is a vital component of our day to day business, ensuring our clients receive the most up to date market information. This can range from potential buy to let investors benefiting from not only our expert sales advice but also access to the specialist Letting division, through to Land & New Homes offering strategic sales and go to market advice. We pride ourselves on having built an extensive portfolio of supplier contacts including a wide range of solicitors, financial advisors and local tradesman who are all highly recommended and available for our clients to benefit from. Our company values remain at the core of our business. We engage with the local communities in which we work, supporting various schools, charities and sporting clubs every year. We attend school fetes with our (famous) coconut shy which gets through over 1,000 coconuts each year. With the ever changing market conditions Oxford Apartments are a company you can trust to guide you through the buying and selling process, with our high level of expertise and exceptional customer service. We are passionate about what we do and understand that sometimes it is the small things that can make a big difference.
