They are the best in town, We looked at houses with all the usual estate agents but these guys are the best. An excellent service to the buyer

There are letting agents and there are ... Breckon and Breckon's management of my flat has always been friendly and helpful and the individuals the management team use to maintain the property appear to be decidedly good folk abounding in charm, good sense and the willingness to make sure the tenant is happy with the result of any work. Yesterday I had the delightful surprise to know that the realignment of a washing machine and the subsequent revelation of filth on top of and around it was to be cleaned by the employee as part of the work. This action needs to be recorded and thus this encomium to Messrs B&B.

Very pleased with Breacon & Breacon Summertown

We were very pleased with Chris, Lucy, Luke and the rest of the team from Breacon & Breacon Summertown. Everybody was very professional a but also friendly. The photographs, brochures and webpages all made our house look absolutely fantastic. B&B sold our house within a week. We were more than happy with the negotiations and price achieved. We couldn't recommend them any more.

The service of Mr Tustin was friendly and efficient throughout.

He set a price which we found very acceptable, and did not take long to find us a buyer. He showed constant interest, and played a leading role in finding the title deeds of the house we were selling, which were in a lawyer's office in Abingdon. When we were worried that things were moving too slowly, he found out exactly what was happening and reassured us.

Excellent service throughout a long drawn out process.

We used Breckon and Breckon through the selling and buying process, which was a blessing, since the process was very much a roller coaster ride taking a week short of a whole year and their attention to everything was exemplary. Joe was our main contact, but Chris and Lucy and also new boy Luke were always available and always up to speed with progress. This gave us much reassurance during a really stressful time. They also recommended a solicitor to us and his attention was also excellent, which could not be said of every solicitor in the chain. By the end of it Joe felt almost like one of the family and we will happily welcome him, or indeed any of the others, any time they are passing.
