Very quick, efficient & informative.
I cannot fault the service from start to finish. Kelly valued the house with spot on advise. Leon came and took professional standard photos on a Bank holiday Monday, with no extra charges and Adele and Kelly got the sale through, with Adele constantly chasing all parties when necessary and keeping us all happy. I would not hesitate to recommend. The offer stage was also handled really well and from start to actually moving only took around 2 months.

Buying a property
I could not have asked for a better service. Excellent, friendly and helpful. Adele was there to guide us through from start to finish and went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. Thank you!

A NEW BOIlER
Had issues with the boiler in the apartment I rented , No hot water and heating told my landlord about the issue but she ignored me . Was in the cold apartment with my new born . It was a bitter experience. Luckily for me Allison Salter stepped in and file a report on my behalf to the landlord and she requested my landlord to send in a plumber. Within 2 days got a new boiler. Now the hot water is back and I can now heat up my flat. All thanks to Allison for coming to my aid.

Helpful and Informative
Moved into a new build property in Wouldham as a tenant in June, dealt with Milli who was very pleasant and helpful. If she didn't know the answers to some questions immediately, she would always ring me back or e-mail me with the answers soon after. Overall very happy with the service provided, would not hesitate to recommend to people. Thank you Milli!

Excellent service from Kelly!
Kelly was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. From start to finish the service was exceptional. The sale was very quick; less than 2 months from putting the property on the market through to completion. I've bought and sold quite a few properties in my time and have had at best average service from estate agents but I can safely say that Kelly is the best agent I've used. Highly recommend her. 6 stars if I could!

Efficient and communicative
I went to 2-move to find a tenant for my house after a bad experience with another local agent. Leon viewed my property within 2 hours and it was on the market promptly. Tenants were quickly found and all the usual checks completed efficiently. I was kept up to date throughout and Leon was easy to get a hold of to clarify any questions. I achieved the full rent I was asking for. All in, an excellent experience and a recommended agent.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH
I am renting a house for the first time and have mainly dealt with Leon throughout. With his knowledge and support he guided myself and my partner through the whole process from start to finish and would definitely recommend and use them again.
