Very helpful through a difficult time
I was a landlord who rented a property through 2 move, we wanted to sell the property and although the tennants were not very helpful i found Kelly and Vicky very proffesional and helpful with the viewings from potential buyers. We excepted an offer but had to get the tennat evicted due to unforeseen circumstances, this took some time but Kelly made every effort to keep the buyers happy while they were waiting for the property to be empty. Once completed everything was handled smoothly and over in no time. Perfect!! Thanks again for all you help. Scott D.

Excellent customer service
Kelly was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of selling my house. Always returning my phone calls and keeping me up to date with any queries the seller had. I was so impressed with Kelly and the 2Move team that I have all my faith in them to find my next property. Well done 2Move!

Everything you would expect from a 5 star agent!
2- Move got our property on the market within a matter of days and put together an open day at short notice. We had 12 viewings in one day and three offers, one of which was the full asking price. All of which without us being around to assist which made selling hassle free. I was very impressed with the photography and floor plans and thought these showed off our property very well. The team were friendly, approachable, professional, quick acting and did what they promised. I would always recommend these as the best agent in Strood to friends, family and colleagues. Even through to finalising the detail on exchange 2-Move were by our side to help chase solicitors etc. Thank you to the team at 2-Move in Strood!

Proffesional Service
We would very much like to thank Alexandros for his proffesional approach on finding a Tennant for us. He kept us well informed and was always prompt on returning calls. His smart appearance and politeness makes him stand out. We have used other Agents in the past for purchasing properties and lettings and we have never had such service in the past. Many thanks

Very good agent
Alex our letting agent inside 2-Move was amazing, speaking with us in a very calm and simple way explaining every detail of the process! In my opinion this is an agent and an agency that I will definitely recommend to everyone who wants to let!!!! Best wishes to Alex and 2-move.

Helpful and professional service from Lisa Allen- Hendry
Lisa showed me round a property that was in a perfect location for my rental requirements. My initial appt was booked immediately and Lisa was available and approachable enough to answer all my questions about the property. As this process was rather stressful for me due to timescales, Lisa kept me fully updated on my application and remained patient and calm with my concerns and queries answered in a full and friendly manor. She is an excellent representative for 2 move and I would highly recommend Lisa and 2 move to others.

Excellent service!!
The team at 2Move are fantastic nothing is an issue and I genuinely felt as though I was their priority throughout the sale. My sale was a difficult one due to it being a sale of my Nans property after her death, so certain questions couldn't be answered but Tony and his fab team chased everything and got it all sorted!!! From the initial valuation to the speed of the photos being taken through to the phone call congratulating me on a final exchange excellent service!

Speedy enough but need to stop making promises
Alex and other staff at 2Move have been more than helpful in our moving process, from viewing to moving in within 3 weeks. However, the biggest pit fall is that they consistently say that they will do something and then they don't. The amount of times I head "I'll call you back" or "I'll bet him to call you back" and I didn't hear anything until the 5th or 6th time that I'd called and that to me is not acceptable. Also on picking up our keys Alex had arranged to meet me at the Strood office at 5:30. I turn up at 5:30 to find that he is "out on appointments" and I have to go through sales agents who can't answer my questions about the property - although this is not their fault. Also found faults in the property that were never mentioned to us when we were being shown the property or discussing it with the agent. If we had been aware we may not have continued with our approach of the property. Not a great experience but hoping for some improvement as the tenancy continues.
