I would just like to say how pleased we are to Alanah for the service and advice we received on selling our property . We did have another agent out to value the property, who advised us to market it at £25k less . The fees were slightly higher with Alanah but she reassured us that our property would be marketed to its best potential and we had a video ,which really did the house justice. She sold it off market within a couple of days for full asking price . So in my opinion you get what you pay for . Thank you Alanah for all your help and advice
