We recently purchased a property via Richard James in Covingham. We saw properties through other estate agents too, who all seemed to match the traditional stereotype where it felt like we were just being put through the motions at each appointment. Gareth Wyn Thomas at RJ looked after us and we can honestly say he was the exact opposite! He really took the time to get to know us, understand our needs/wants and really worked hard to find us what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and he even helped us with viewings outside of normal working hours to fit around us. A really top chap and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
