Richard James sold our property within 1 week, it was priced competitively and they were a little more expensive than other Estate Agents, however they were the best choice. We used another local estate agent previously, they were cheaper, however they were not willing to show people around the property and constantly got dates and appointments mixed up causing us a lot of inconvenience. Richard James were very professional and accommodating from the outset, and very organised - just what you need during a stressful time such as moving. They also dealt 100% with all of the viewings, we gave them a key, they notified us of an appointment promptly and showed everyone around. They did actually work for their fee and actually DID sell the property, not just take some pictures, put it on right move and act like a receptionist for you!
