Sharon Clark is the person who I've had the most contact with. She's been amazing. All the staff are approachable and friendly. And a clear professional manner is adopted throughout. The only criticism I have was I had to phone up after any viewings to get feedback. But on the whole a very smooth operation in what can be a very stressful situation.
