I have completed exchange of contracts on a property in Swindon which I found through Richard James Estate Agents. My experience with Richard James Estate Agents right from the first call I made to setup a viewing to the last day when the exchange of contracts took place (total of 5 months) has been brilliant. They are a thoroughly professional business unit where each employee seems to take pride in what they do, it reflects in how they deal with you through the process of buying a home. The Sales rep who helped me with the viewing and offer process was Iain Davidge. Iain was quick and responsive when it came to getting the offer process completed and moving me on to his Sales Progression team where my purchase was first handled by Sharon Clark who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Property I had made the offer on had a chain on it, so Sharon had to keep me posted throughout the process where sadly the first chain had broken down. She always ensured I got the updates on a timely basis and whenever I called she was prompt in giving me relevant information on the progress. Post Sharon left Richard James my purchase was dealt with by Hayley Walden and she was equally excellent. I would highly recommend using Richard James if you are looking to buy properties in Swindon and surrounding areas. A thoroughly professional unit and one of the very few estate agents that I found to be giving you a copy of the brochure for each property with their contact card - a very nice touch in this day and age!
