The purchase of the property, went as to be expected. Belvoir came into their own after the sale was completed. from the point of a new purchaser, the ladies were a mine of information and nothing was too much trouble. when I come to sell or buy and then rent out, I will be using Belvoir.

Any issue that we had was always resolved quickly, efficiently and often the same day. Whenever we contacted the office, we were always provided with great service and prompt support - nothing was ever too much trouble. I wish all rental agents were as professional, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable as this gem of a team. I cannot recommend them enough. I would give Martyn and co. ten stars if I could.

Hassle free process and very friendly staff. Rented property in Huxley Court. Had small issues with boiler and main door but it was fixed with help of professionals in a day. Everything was taken care by Belvoir. I highly recommend.
