We really cannot speak too highly of Mo and of EweMove at Stratford (East London), who helped us sell our house. We asked initially for valuations from three different estate agents, but we were already inclined to favour EweMove because of their excellent website. This favourable impression was more than confirmed when we met Mo. He is always extremely professional, but also calm and relaxed, and very helpful with it. He neither wildly overvalued the property nor did he unenthusiastically downplay it (we experienced both elsewhere), and we felt we were getting an honest valuation. He held an open day a few days after being handed the keys as a result of which we had 12 good offers to consider in little more than a week. The whole process necessarily took a while longer than that in all (about 4 months for things to work out along the chain), but at every stage of the process thereafter he explained things clearly, and was always available to answer queries, advise and be of help. I can’t speak highly enough of Mo and Anastasiya. Mo took over the management of our property in Stratford while we were living in Australia. Our previous tenant (unbeknown to us) had subdivided the property and was illegally subletting rooms. A Court case ensued before we regained access to the property.
