Four years ago I was looking for a good, reliable letting agency and a friend recommended EweMove Estate & Letting Agents to me and I've been with them ever since. I found their services to be very professional, extremely helpful and I can highly recommend them.

My family and I have been renting a house through EweMove Estate and Lettings Agents for over two years. I want to start by saying that, it’s very difficult for Agencies to find good and conscientious tenants. And it’s the same thing for tenants. Not easy to find a good, honest and truly caring about US, Estate Agents. So, we’re giving really honest and open opinion about our EweMove Estate Agent. We’re very lucky with this Agency. From the first day till now. We have had absolutely no problems with all our requests and demands. All responses from Agents is quick and productive. Everything is in polite and professional manner. If YOU reading this review, probably you collecting info about this Agency. I would strongly recommend you to go ahead and contact them. Promise you are not going to regret. :)

I can’t speak highly enough of Mo and Anastasiya. Mo took over the management of our property in Stratford while we were living in Australia. Our previous tenant (unbeknown to us) had subdivided the property and was illegally subletting rooms. A Court case ensued before we regained access to the property. Mo helped clear up the mess both legally and physically. The property was then successfully rented out with Mo keeping us completely informed when required. We recently decided to sell the property. Again, Mo handed the sale with the highest levels of honesty, pragmatism, and professionalism. And in doing so, achieving an excellent result for us and the buyers. I only wish that more people in the property industry were as professional as Mo.

We really cannot speak too highly of Mo and of EweMove at Stratford (East London), who helped us sell our house. We asked initially for valuations from three different estate agents, but we were already inclined to favour EweMove because of their excellent website. This favourable impression was more than confirmed when we met Mo. He is always extremely professional, but also calm and relaxed, and very helpful with it. He neither wildly overvalued the property nor did he unenthusiastically downplay it (we experienced both elsewhere), and we felt we were getting an honest valuation. He held an open day a few days after being handed the keys as a result of which we had 12 good offers to consider in little more than a week. The whole process necessarily took a while longer than that in all (about 4 months for things to work out along the chain), but at every stage of the process thereafter he explained things clearly, and was always available to answer queries, advise and be of help. Selling a house is often a tense time, but we felt very safe in his hands, and Mo really kept any stresses to an absolute minimum. Thank you so much, Mo. Michael & Laurie.
