A great experience for us. Kaybridge Residential got us the best result, during the stressful/tricky time of coronavirus, and were enjoyable to work with. Do get multiple valuations - I would advise caution with other estate agents in the area overvaluing, or promising a quick sale and simultaneously undervaluing your home. Kaybridge sold our home in just a week, but for £30K more than what the Prominent Agent in the area valued us at. Having had an absolutely awful experience with another agent, Kevin and Richard stepped in and took on our sale. Any agent can sell a house (hopefully...), but its the small details - the personal touch - that really set Kaybridge apart. Kevin and Richard not only asked what we wanted, but they listened and did it. They kept us updated at every turn, called us back when they said they would and met the deadlines they gave us. We had a phone call after every viewing and again a week or so later with feedback, not to mention the extensive leg-work that went in during the later stages of the sale - following up on deadlines, dealing with an extremely complicated "buyer situation" and actually securing exchange and completion dates. From the first to the last day of our contract, they delivered what they promised. The valuation that Kevin gave us was the price that he and Richard worked to get. Not once did they try to talk us into a lower price for a quick sale like many agents will. Kevin and Richard do the hard work for you; and they really do work hard.
