I cannot recommend Kaybridge Residential highly enough, in particular Nick Marciano. Not only did he help guide us through a very poor prior decision in managing our property, he took the stress, complication and burden from us from day one. He was extremely communicative, transparant, efficient and professional. He organised numerous viewings and the necessary compliance to secure new tenants within a week, which has minimised our financial loss at the hands of another local agent.
