We recently sold our property through Kaybridge. I mainly dealt Chris who was prompt in response, trustworthy & managed expectations of both buyers and us. He helped overcome some of the "new buyer" nervousness through professional help & guidance. He was very proactive in helping us find our new home (though we didn't buy through him eventually) and co-ordinated with the new home agents to keep the chain working efficiently - thanks to all the hard work, we completed on time without any hiccups. Thanks Chris and team - very well done, you will be my port of call if there is a next time!
