I have been very impressed with Kaybridge as an organisation having dealt with various members of the team. Coming from a bad experience with another agent, I spoke to Kevin and he was completely honest, transparent and I could tell he really cared and wanted to get the best for me, unlike my previous agent. He also provided me with advice even knowing that it may not benefit him in the end. I ended up not selling my property but rented it instead, and so far Arturs and the rest of the team have been professional, attentive and timely in securing a tenant and keeping me abreast of the process and all related costs so that there were no surprises. When I eventually decide to put the house on the sale market again, I will not be looking anywhere else.
