Having had an absolutely awful experience with another agent, Kevin and Richard stepped in and took on our sale. Any agent can sell a house (hopefully...), but its the small details - the personal touch - that really set Kaybridge apart. Kevin and Richard not only asked what we wanted, but they listened and did it. They kept us updated at every turn, called us back when they said they would and met the deadlines they gave us. We had a phone call after every viewing and again a week or so later with feedback, not to mention the extensive leg-work that went in during the later stages of the sale - following up on deadlines, dealing with an extremely complicated "buyer situation" and actually securing exchange and completion dates. From the first to the last day of our contract, they delivered what they promised. The valuation that Kevin gave us was the price that he and Richard worked to get. Not once did they try to talk us into a lower price for a quick sale like many agents will. Kevin and Richard do the hard work for you; and they really do work hard. Selling a house is often a painful process, however the guys at Kaybridge made it as painless as possible. A company's reputation starts with their finished product, and Kaybridge certainly deliver more than what they promise.
