Not having moved for many years, we were extremely anxious when we remembered our previous experiences when moving homes so we did not know what to expect. This time round we would like to share our experience with this review. The valuation of the property we sold through Kaybridge Residential was honest, realistic and spot on. Kevin the Director said we would have a buyer within a month and we did! Richard was great with all the house viewings. The viewing arrangements were fantastic and minimised disruption to our family life by arranging block viewings. Bearing in mind that we had just come out of an epidemic, our property was treated with respect and the viewings were conducted with all the recommended advice and rules. One weekend, we had about 12 viewings booked over a 3-hour period and the house was still spotless after so many viewings. Matt succeeded in finding our dream property at the same time this was all going on. Thanks Matt. After having looked at about six properties, this was the one for us. We had already had a previous viewings before, but we were unsure of what we wanted. Again, the valuation of the property we bought through Kaybridge Residential was honest, realistic, spot on and within our budget. In both cases, the entire Kaybridge Residential Team kept in constant contact with us, appraising us of anything we had to do throughout the sale and purchase of the properties. To be honest we did not have to do very much, it was mostly all taken care of for us. In addition, we did not have to go looking for our own Conveyancing for all the legal stuff or Financial Services to sort out mortgages, insurance etc. Kaybridge Residential put us on to Victoria from AVRillo Conveyancing and Alpesh from TAP Financial Services. Both of which fulfilled all our requirements and exceeded all of our expectations. This setup up with these Support Services really works well. In summary, I would thoroughly recommend Kaybridge Residential if you want to sell, buy a property or both. The experience we had was fantastic. Any hiccups along the way, were addressed and smoothly sorted out by true professionals. Before we knew it, we had a moving date and we were in. The whole Kaybridge Residential Team and Supporting Services were friendly, approachable, professional and honest. We are unlikely to move again. Would we use Kaybridge Residential if we did?
