We have purchased a property through Kaybridge Estate Agents and have had a very positive experience in dealing with them. There has been a lot of going back and forth in the negotiations. At all times they were very efficient, helpful and pleasant to work with (even assisting us with advice in the sale of our property when they were not the lead agent). Kaybridge have shown themselves to be very knowledgeable , especially with the practical advice given to possible renovations in the future.
