We purchased our first house with them. I would definitely recommend them to every first time buyers. Special mention to Chris who sold us the house at the first visit. We were very short of time to find a new tenant as the tenant found by a different estate agent pulled out of the deal while we were moving to another country. Nick from Kaybridge did a stellar job in finding us a tenant and guiding us through out the process. Differently from larger high street estate agents, they offered a much more personalised approach. As Nick said a few times “I’m a problem solver, not just an estate agent”. And that was true. The things that stood out for me were: - Nick was very proactive in keeping me up to date via WhatsApp. I didn’t need to chase him for information. - Found tenants quickly and was flexible in our financial agreements to get things done quickly. - He helped me with many things related to the house (alarms, certificates, etc) - He helped me to quickly get rental payment protection and legal coverage. - He was also very kind and helped to return the router to my internet provider after I had moved. But the main thing was the open and fast communication and how proactive he was to solve all the minor issues we normally have in processes like that. When living abroad, it is really important to have a local estate agent that can be trusted and to look after our interest. I definitely found it with Nick and Kaybridge.

What can I say about Kaybridge? Well, I have only praise for the whole team from start to finish. I was a first time seller and they made it so easy and accessible. Nick was the one I met first when he put me on the books. Then along came Chris, Max, Jason and of course Nathaniel. They were all such a friendly bunch that I felt comfortable about being able to make contact with them at any time.
