What can I say about Kaybridge? Well, I have only praise for the whole team from start to finish. I was a first time seller and they made it so easy and accessible. Nick was the one I met first when he put me on the books. Then along came Chris, Max, Jason and of course Nathaniel. They were all such a friendly bunch that I felt comfortable about being able to make contact with them at any time. Nathaniel was committed and professional and made himself so available to answer any queries that cropped up, which were many! So 5 stars guys, you earned it!

We recently purchased our first home with Kaybridge Residential. We had Nathaniel who was brilliant, professional and attentive! We had Nathaniel from the first viewing all the way through to completion. He ensured he kept us up to date throughout the whole process and made it very easy for us. He was very professional and would respond to any queries we had promptly and made sure we understood the process. He also would chase solicitors/conveyancers to make sure the purchase progressed as quickly as possible. We couldn’t be happier going through Kaybridge to purchase our first home and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Nathaniel for making our first time buying process smooth and easy! We purchased our first house with them. I would definitely recommend them to every first time buyers. Special mention to Chris who sold us the house at the first visit. His support throughout the process was the reason we did not freaked out at any moment till the completion day. Lastly thank you Jason and rest of the team to looking after us till the end.

Nick has literally turned around our rental within 48 hours of us looking at only two properties and then was there to support with setting everything up for us as we've been living overseas for the last 20 years. He's been a great help to us throughout the whole process and was always available when we had any questions.

We were very short of time to find a new tenant as the tenant found by a different estate agent pulled out of the deal while we were moving to another country. Nick from Kaybridge did a stellar job in finding us a tenant and guiding us through out the process. Differently from larger high street estate agents, they offered a much more personalised approach. As Nick said a few times “I’m a problem solver, not just an estate agent”. And that was true. The things that stood out for me were: - Nick was very proactive in keeping me up to date via WhatsApp. I didn’t need to chase him for information. - Found tenants quickly and was flexible in our financial agreements to get things done quickly. - He helped me with many things related to the house (alarms, certificates, etc) - He helped me to quickly get rental payment protection and legal coverage. - He was also very kind and helped to return the router to my internet provider after I had moved. But the main thing was the open and fast communication and how proactive he was to solve all the minor issues we normally have in processes like that. When living abroad, it is really important to have a local estate agent that can be trusted and to look after our interest. I definitely found it with Nick and Kaybridge.

We have just sold our property with Kaybridge and I can honestly they have been the best agents we could have asked for. We swapped to Kaybridge last minute after meeting Kevin, and it turned out to be a great decision. Nathaniel has for the last few months worked relentlessly not only to sell our flat, at a price that worked for us, but also to find us a new home. Nathaniel goes above and beyond - communication is always open and he truly listens and understands what his clients are looking for. He's always contactable ( something we found was not true of other local agents ), always keen to update and has such a friendly and warm rapport. I would recommend Kaybridge to anyone looking to sell their property.
