Its definately not been an easy journey with the mortgage providers. But today, i am completing a purchase of a 4 bedroom house in Stoneleigh. I have been overly impressed with Kevin and Matt's professionalism and have really worked so hard to chase all the participants involved in making this completion work. i have heard that the vendors were giving Kaybridge alot of grief, due to the delays upto exchange, but they have been understanding, resilient , and really kept their communication channels open and "on the ball" As i am running a local architectural practice, i do know many of my clients dealing with purchases with different local agents in Stoneleigh and Worcester Park. I would by far recommend no other than Kaybridge for the shear work that they put into to get a sale through or a purchase bagged. Thanks Kevin and his team for all the perseverance that had to go into the process. And do give me the opportunity to buy all of you dinner next door :)
