We recently completed on purchasing a house through Kaybridge and they were fantastic throughout. As first time buyers, we were unsure how to navigate our way through the process. Richard gave us weekly updates, chased up solicitors and answered all our queries, always with a friendly and positive attitude. When Richard wasn't available, Kevin was always ready to help us. Everyone from start to finish was exemplary and we are excited to settle into our new home!

I used Kaybridge to sell my flat in August 2022. The entire process took almost a year due to constant issues with our onward purchases, however, as a testament to the Kaybridge team they were able to keep my buyer throughout the entire process. I can particularly not recommend Kevin and Richard enough, as my key contacts throughout the process. The team were always available and kept me regularly updated. Completion day was also (though obviously stressful as you know, we are moving house) made as stress free as possible with excellent communication supported by Kaybridge. I would recommend this team for a unique and professional approach, particularly at times when buying/selling is so stressful.

Had a great experience working with the whole team of Kaybridge. Our house buying process took us more than 8 months(which included a purchase that fell through at the last minute), but Kevin supported us thoroughly with utmost care in securing us a property. He took great efforts to balance the interests of both buyer and seller. The mortgage and solicitor teams were also fantastic.
