Within one week, we secured you an offer at the full asking price, which you accepted. You later decided to change buyers in order to pursue a potential stamp duty saving. That decision was entirely your own, and we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a change initiated by you. Our invoice relates to the services we fully delivered under the terms of the signed agreement. Like any professional business, payment for services provided is required.
