Catrina and her team were the estate agents of the builder, from whom we bought the house. Without their involvement the sale would never have happened. Catrina helped to shape the deal and find a mechanism to make that deal work. There were numerous significant hurdles to overcome and her energy, tenacity, experience, cajoling and straight talking to all parties in the chain were crucial in ensuring the purchase was achieved. All at the Stone Office were invariably helpful, friendly and supportive and this meant a lot to us. Most importantly they went over and above what could be expected of any estate agent and deserve the highest commendation. Well done indeed.

We sold our house through James du Pavey in Stone and purchased our new home through the Eccleshall branch. We had excellent service from both branches and they made the process very easy for us. We were kept updated every week and any questions we had were answered straight away. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful but an extra thank you to Rhys in Stone who I spoke to most weeks, and the lady who took the photographs of our house (can't remember her name,sorry). As a family selling a property after a bereavement you need an Estate Agent that will deal with the sale of a property efficiently and swiftly we had many hold ups with our sale.But Leigh at hackney and Leigh kept us informed through the whole process. In the past year, I've bought and sold a house with Hackney and Leigh in Arnside. On both occasions, I've had an excellent experience. My main dealings were with Leigh Bedwell in the sales team and I found her to be efficient, communicative and very professional. Buying and selling houses is rarely stress-free but Hackney and Leigh made the process as smooth as it could be.

I work as a Case Manager within a Legal Services company and we used Hackney & Leigh to sell a property on from a deceased persons estate following a recommendation from another happy customer. Leigh, one of the agents specifically was brilliant! Nothing was ever too much. The process was as smooth as it could possibly have been. Everything was arranged including any works needed to be done at the property and it was never a problem. If I had not had Leigh to guide me through the process and advise in situations where needed, it would have been a much harder process as our company is not local to the property.
