Whilst James du Pavey do charge a premium price…that’s because they give a premium service!!….the service that I have received has been outstanding!!, nothing has been too much trouble and I’m hard to please!!!..::I’d definitely recommend them….thank you for helping me through this what has been a challenging journey at times…thankfully we got there in the end!! I very recently completed on a house that James Du Pavey were the selling agents for. I had regular contact with them through the process and they were always there to answer any questions and help in any way they could. There response times were fantastic. A big thanks to Pippa who was my main point of contact and always very helpful and friendly. James Du Pavey have been excellent in the process of selling my property. There has been constant feedback and regular updates of the status of the house sale despite the sale having fallen through twice due to issues lower down the chain. The team at James du Pavey (Stone) found me a buyer in less than a month from the property going to market. I found them all great to deal with, from the initial contact through the valuation, the preparation of the particulars, the viewings and the post-offer support. I principally dealt with Catrina, Kelly and Pippa but I spoke with most of the team members at some point and I found the service pretty seamless - there’s obviously a good internal system giving them all up to date information on what’s been going on. It was a great service and I’m glad I chose them.

There is only one word to describe the staff James Du Pavey and that is excellent. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work in helping us buy our property. We completed on our dream home 6 weeks ago now. We sold our previous home with James DuPavey which is what made that happen. James DuPavey’s service from start to finish was absolutely flawless. And I don’t say that lightly. From Kelly who valued our house and got the process started, to all the lovely ladies we spoke to on the phone in between. Nobody could do enough for us. Two tales to tell - we need to thank the team at Nantwich in the purchase of our new house and the team in Stone for the sale of our existing house. In these difficult times not everything has gone to plan but the teams have communicated at each stage of the process and have demonstrated their level of professionalism. When we chose Du Pavey's for the sale of our house they were selected from 4 different agencies. We had been impressed with the team at Nantwich during the purchase of our new house, but we compared all of the documents, all of the facilities and how they could market the house. Of the four organisations they were the dearest, so our choice was based on their capability to sell. I do not regret our decision. In all it has taken 3 weeks from posting the house for sale to accepting the offer that has been made with all the associated acceptance processes and documents.

We sold our house through James Du pavey as well as buying our new property through them. They were excellent from start to finish, every staff member we came across was extremely professional and made the process as easy as it could be. They are the only estate agents that got back to us after we requested viewings ( other agents took days)- making it easier to find a property we liked and for people to view ours quick. Would definitely recommend them!

Personally not partial to Estate Agents, what do they do for their money, BUT James Du Pavey are different they work hard for the money. I only bought my home through them but they worked the chain hard and communicated every step. Just what people want not silence. Thank you so much to the whole team but Pippa you were amazing. James Du Pavey are wholeheartedly recommended; it's time all other estates agents woke up and become a true service.
