We can't recommend James Du Pavey highly enough. After another estate agent struggled to sell our house, we moved over to JDP and the difference was pretty immediate. The house was on the market for just one week, sold after the first weekend of viewings, and they even managed to get us above the asking price. From start to finish, it felt like they knew exactly what they were doing. We also bought our new house through JDP, so they were involved on both sides of what could have been a pretty stressful process. Charlotte was our handler throughout and deserves a special mention. Despite having to put up with me ringing her in various states of house-moving panic a few times 😂 she somehow never lost her patience. She kept us informed, kept the chain moving and made sure we completed when we wanted to. Selling one house and buying another is stressful enough, but having people who actually know what they're doing makes a massive difference. All in all, JDP have been absolute legends.
