Located a property that we were interested in and first to view. Very quickly put in an offer, from the very start the agency would make decisions on behalf of their client and feed them a narative basically telling them not to accept our offer or go with us which they told me over the phone. They actually told the client not to which they are not supposed to do when I asked for this in writing they sent me an email with something completely different of course as they do not want to get into trouble. And when I complained to the manager about this particular person she tried to brush it under the carpet and said its probably a miss understanding or miscommunication not taking onboard the staff members wrong doing! Very difficult company, and very unprofessional avoid like the plague!
