We had a property to sell in the Stone area and were familiar with James Du Pavey. From our initial first contact everything was done fast, efficiently and professionally. The initial valuation was done quickly and the photos done shortly after. The property hit the market working around 4 days of the valuation. The fees charged were competitive compared to other local agents. We were fortunate to be property of the week for the first week on the market to get interest. We had a number of agent accompanied viewings (great service and left us nothing to do) in the first three weeks. The property was sold quickly at a mutually agreeable price. From the point of accepting the offer the JDP team in Stone were all excellent and kept us updated every step of the way. As we reached the point of exchange we had a few bumps to overcome. However we were fortunate to have Courtenay on hand to help provide us with the help and support to get everything resolved and sorted.
